Born from years of teaching, mentoring, and small-batch food production, KneadED is a community-focused venture designed to create access, education, and opportunity through food.

At its core, KneadED exists to teach the business of baking while building something sustainable together.

A Cooperative Bakery Model

KneadED is developing a cooperative bakery that blends education with real-world production.

This model is designed to:

  • Provide hands-on baking and food business training

  • Create shared ownership and collective growth

  • Offer entry points into the food industry for those who may not otherwise have access

The cooperative bakery will serve as both a learning environment and a working business, where participants gain skills in production, operations, and collaboration.

Learning by Doing

Education at KneadED is rooted in practice.

Participants don’t just observe. They bake. They sell. They learn how food moves from recipe to customer. This approach reflects our belief that confidence and capability are built through experience, not theory alone.

Community Events & Market Engagement

In 2025, we began activating KneadED through community events that brought learning and commerce together.

  • Thanksgiving Bake Sale
    A seasonal bake sale that allowed participants to practice production, pricing, and customer engagement in a real-world setting.

  • December Gifting Market
    A curated holiday market focused on handmade goods, gifting, and small food businesses, connecting makers directly with their community.

These events are early steps toward a larger vision rooted in consistency, collaboration, and shared success.
