April 2020 was bursting with sunshine and citrus, thanks to our zesty Lemon marshmallows! This flavor was inspired by two very special people—my partner and my daughter—both born in April and both full-blown lemon lovers. 💛🍋

We created this bright and cheerful marshmallow to celebrate them and bring a little birthday magic to every subscriber.

🍋 The Flavor That Brings the Sunshine

These lemon marshmallows were fresh, tangy, and delightfully fluffy—perfect for spring. They made incredible s’mores, especially when paired with white chocolate and a surprise ingredient: raspberry jam! That combo of sweet, tart, creamy, and toasty? Absolutely unforgettable.

Subscribers got to choose their graham crackers (our housemade regular or gluten-free versions), and could customize their box with tea, coffee, or cocoa to complete the experience.

🎁 Box Decor: April Showers (of Sweets!)

This month’s Marshmallow of the Month Club box was next-level cute. Each one was hand-decorated with marshmallow “clouds” raining chocolate drops, lemony marshmallows, and graham crackers. Every detail was cut and placed by hand—meticulously crafted, joyfully whimsical, and full of birthday energy.
