February 2020 was all about romance, indulgence, and answering one big question with a sweet little treat. We crafted a marshmallow that said it all: Chocolate Rose. 🌹🍫

Infused with real rose water and finished with rich chocolate, this marshmallow was equal parts elegant and dreamy. The flavor was delicate, a little floral, and absolutely swoon-worthy — perfect for sharing, gifting, or savoring solo by the fire with your favorite mug of cocoa.

Valentine’s Day is the time for classics, and what’s more iconic than chocolate and roses? I wanted to take that timeless duo and give it a Marshmallow of the Month Club twist. The rose water adds a floral pop that plays so well with the deep, comforting notes of chocolate — a marshmallow that’s both romantic and irresistible.

To make this Valentine’s experience even more special, our graham crackers came in adorable heart shapes. Each box included your choice of our house-made or gluten-free grahams, and they made these marshmallow s’mores even cuter. Crunchy, buttery, and shaped with love — these grahams were made for pairing with the floral elegance of the Chocolate Rose marshmallow.

Here’s how to bring out the best in this flavor:

The February packaging was one of my favorites to create. I found this gorgeous purple and black paper covered in blooming florals that set the mood for the whole box. The theme was Love is the Answer — and every detail reflected that message. From the hand-decorated box to the personalized s’more setup inside, the whole experience was designed to spread a little love with every marshmallow.
